A very easy and delicious recipe for salmon with a pressure cooker, just a few ingredients to get a good second course, with a delicate and genuine flavour
To prepare the Salmon with pressure cooker you need to equip yourself with a small tool, the basket for steaming that is located with a small and minimal expense in all the best household stores.
This allows the pressure cooker to steam food, such as fish and vegetables.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE OF PRESSURE COOKER SALMON:
- 4 slices of fresh salmon
- 1 lemon
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- red cherry tomatoes
- fresh parsley to taste
- Salt to taste.
- pepper as needed.
- 250 g. of water
- aluminium sheet
- greaseproof paper
- 1 steamer basket
- 1 pressure cooker
PREPARATION
Take the salmon slices, wash them well under running water and remove the bones.
Then wash the lemon, cut it into 8 slices (2 for each slice of fish) and set aside, then take the cherry tomatoes, rinse them well under running water and cut them into small pieces, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
Then take a sheet of parchment paper, cut it to the right size to hold the salmon slices and make the famous “cartoccio”, for baked in foil the salmon.
On top of the paper, place the lemon slices (two slices for each slice), place the fish on top, season with salt, pepper and finish by adding the cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley and a drizzle of oil on the surface.
Therefore close everything in foil, then cover in the same way with aluminum foil and place it on top of the basket to proceed with steam cooking.
Now you can pour the water into the pressure cooker and insert the basket with the foil, closing everything with a lid.
Cook over high heat, when the valve starts to vent, lower the stove to the minimum and consider cooking for about 12 minutes.
After the cooking time, vent the valve and when the red piston lowers you can open the lid and carefully remove the foil placed above the steam basket.
Now you can serve immediately!
